I have an old cell and I pay as you go just when I use it which is two or three times a year.when I put money on the phone this number use up all my money on tex messaging. by an employee of Bell free tax messaging. I don't wont it because I am not on a plane.and this young man  from March 17 to March 19 .abused this number by texst dume like move your car to red neck to deleting pic to cansling my phone.my phone is so old it cant take pic and hard to tex. when I called to complaine Bell is going look in it but hasn't done so. and I cant get the number block or stop this tex.
