Who called from 6473671496

Continuous calls from this # over last 2 weeks but no one there and it disconnects after a minute...

I just got a call just now from Toronto police association saying they collect money for Xmas for the cancer society. Ask for cc # for a pledge of $25. Obviously a scam

I finally answered this call after it had called my phone just over 12x this week, it was a male voice saying they were from the 'Toronto Police Association' even knew my name. I just said the person they were calling for was at work, he said he would call back later and hung up. Toronto Police calling from a 647 number is questionable.
