Call from Mrs. Richards, Front Line Support. She was very terse, very rude, and would not tell me what type of service or company was being represented. She would only speak to the owner and to me, that is a big tip off.
She went as far as correcting me regarding time of day as I may have said good morning, but am sure I said good afternoon as it was close to 1pm when she called.
Seriously, you do not piss on the front line person who is paid to answer the calls and screen out certain annoyance calls that the owner is too busy to take because his job is to MAKE money!
I called back and determined it was a police association. Why the mystery? That's why!
