the problem is they are using our toll free number, when they call our company we get charged!!! and rogers is not doing anything about , or Bell how can this be?

This # calls everyday 2 or 3 times and only gives a busy signal, I tried calling back but I get the same busy signal.
this has been going on for a 9 weeks
I have read that this is a spam number, why if so many complaints are being listed, is nothing done.
this number or any other spam number needs to be cutoff.
is this number coming from a land line or from a VOIP system. It is being generated from somewhere, we can track cars/people thru GPS but we cannot shut down an anonymus phone number... WOW!!!
I've answered to this number 5 times today (In only 3 hours) in our office to our toll free number. Happening every day for a couple of months now, so annoying.
I'm working in a hotel in a morning shift and almost all the shifts received a call from this number everyday and just hang up! I tried to call the this number but its not in use! is there any way to block this?
