I received a text for Susan & David Charity House saying they had donated 500,000 GBP to me.This is a brand new #.How did they get it so fast? I say scam.
Of course its a scam. Of course they would want money up front so they can send you your winnings of course. And your new number as a rule, is someone else's old number. It generally brings with it all the problems the old owner had. However, these creeps only have to program a set of numbers into a dialer or computer and spam us or try and scam us!
Your best bet is a call blocking device or phone if you have a landline and some of the newer cells do have call blocking already, but others there are free downloads for. You can google those.
