This person is Walter Price and this is the number he used and he works in Vancouver, BC.  He works for Cooperative Lending Service and he scammed me out of a significant amount of money as collateral for insurance policy for a loan.  Not able to get him online, v/m messages are full during the day.  At 4am, I leave a v/m message but don't get any response.  I would like to et in touch with him so I can hopefully get a refund.  I feel like I have been scammed.
