Same thing...reliance home comfort to discuss products.
I chose to have mu number removed from their list as well.
Hopefully it will work. It says it can take up to 30 days to have the number removed from their list.
It's a 3rd party company called CallNet that calls on other companies behalf. In my case it's for Reliance Home Comfort.
If you call the number back you can remove your phone number from their call list, however it takes up to 30 days to be removed (and I don't understand why. It should be a simple delete from a database. At worst, it should be 2 days for database replications).
Can anybody find an address for CallNet? Are they in Toronto ON? I answered their last call and told the guy not to call anymore and the s.o.b said "what are you gunna do about it?" I've had it with these guys.
What an [***] are you serious??? I got a call today no message.. I am a reliance customer but I'm not past due or anything, they are probably just trying to sell something... Grrrrr
I say all of us keep calling them tonight and don't stop and see how they like it?? lol
These c********** phone my home number EVERY day at least two-three times. I've contacted Reliance Home and they assured me they have nothing to do with them. I've tried to call back to get a stupid message. I've put my number on the do not call list to no avail. Any suggestions?
