Same number but now they have switched to checking your water quality. For free naturally. When I said I don't want what they are selling. Oh, we're not selling anything. Try to give the impression that they are government sponsored. When I said that they just want access to your home, if you're stupid enough to let them in, and then they proceed to sell you whatever the flavor of the month is. I suppose a water filter system would be what they are pushing at the moment but they will try everything they have I suppose.
We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our representative calling your home. We do not represent, or allude to representing, the government in any way. We are an energy saving solution one stop shop, so we do not have a flavour of the month however we do reach out to our existing Client base to offer the newest products that come up.
We also understand that many people have had bad experiences with water filtration products due to door to door high pressured sales, which is why we try to contact home owners and see if they would like us to do a test for them and not just show up at their door.
We do have caller identification presented for outgoing calls, we have call backs throughout the day as well.
We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience with your hydro rates, however we have never had a complaint put in against us with the Ontario Energy Board.
If you were speaking to our representative in the language that you are using in this post, we would have advised her to get off the phone. We speak to everyone with manners and respect, we believe it is normal to expect the same.

If you're such a great company, why don't you identify yourselves on caller ID? Or, heck, you can go ahead and give us the company name right here. And the legal business address, too. No reason not to. After all, you're an honest company, right?
