Unfortunately the callers are located in either India or Pakistan and as such are beyond the reach of North American law enforcement. A call blocker is your best bet. These callers tend to use area codes 647 and 646 a lot. Block the area codes.
This number calls me daily morning and evening, and late @ night, and leaves no message on my cell #, as my phone is rarely turned on.....and I have blocked several of their #, and again they use or reroute another IP address again to call me again with another #. Yes, the voices in the background sound east Indian, Pakistani or someone of that sort.....etc, even though call says from Toronto ONT. Other phone # 647-478-0290, 647-491-0316. These # for the month of FEB 2017...I do block and they call again. with another #. Total scam. Yes some binary option trading company and they want your credit card and more money. I answered a long time ago and they were swearing at me stating why don't you want to make $$ give me your info!!!
I have made complaints about this number on another site. 7-647-491-0316. My landline phone is on a do not call list since it first came out. They are calling prior to 9 am, so they are breaking both rules. I have made a complaint at 1-866-580-dncl twice now. They said that once they are investigated that for each time they have a valid complaint, they will get a larger fine. Please take the time to complain if they call before 9 am and/or you are on the do not call registry, record date, time of their call.
