If you have applied to any ads online for a job, you may expect to receive calls from employers that have viewed your resume. If you don't answer for numbers you don't recognize how do you get information on the company and the position and get invited in for an interview. Applying online and not answering your phone defeats the purpose...you will never get a job. Stop applying to job ads online.
