This number has been calling me at least once a day, every day for about a month. They always called when I was busy, when I finally picked up, no one was there. Today they called and I talked to a lady. She knew my full name but was very awkward and stuttered over it. She was from "DRI" calling for TD and wanted to sign me up for a free credit check for identity theft... I had read these comments so tried to politely say no and asked her to stop calling, she was pretty pushy.
I also keep receiving calls from this number up to three times a day! I once answered pretending not to be me and they said they were calling from TD doing a customer service call. When I call the number back it says it's Equifax and to press 1 if you want to be put on the no call list. ALthough when you press 1, it transfers you to a line saying press 1 for french and 2 for service in english. Once you press that it demands you to input your SIN number before you can get any assisstance. VERY FISHY!!!!
I should also add that I am a customer of Equifax, I get them to send me my credit score information and whatnot. And I'm pretty sure this is NOT them.....
