Called the number back. Got a message stating it was Strategic Communications and was allowed to enter my phone number to get it removed from their call list. We'll see if it works!
Just called. Don't answer numbers I don't recognize. Disconnected them. Recorded on my list of over 300 numbers that are scammers etc since January of last year. It DOESN`T MATTER if you are on a do not call list. They get thru by buying phone lists of any sort.
