Didn't answer this one either, but obviously, unrelated people are reporting...

DNC list should apply - if call is legitimate an ID should be displayed.
Wonder how this could be instigated?

The DNC list only applies if it is a Canadian telemarketer. The calls look like they are coming from within Canada but they are international and so, call block is your only option.

They told me they were from a Colitis & Crohn's foundation but no name appeared on caller ID.  Told them it was a bad time to call and hung up.
