Telemarketing call from Vonage Canada. Connection was terrible (hope they're not using their own service), and person had a very thick accent. When I commented on the connection quality he hung up on me. I called the Vonage Canada customer service toll free line to file a complaint - it took forever and I have little confidence they took it seriously.
