I tried calling the number back and all I got was a recording. Asking for my partys extension number; I tried a few numbers but hit star to dial by name/last name. Any letter of the alphabet I used, I was told no results found. These sort of calls really piss me off. Especially the fact that they are calling a business. Very ignorant; as the person calling, hung up on me. I am so ready to lose it on them. I would really like to get a hold of someone at this number.
Very aggressive. Asking for personal cell phone numbers from employee. Said we owed like $4000 and wouldn't be receiving our package. Got mad when asked to leave message, said he had left multiple messages and no one had returned his call.

Called trying to sell gold for $1000. Very persistent, saying time is critical as the price of gold is supposed to go up next week. Asked for our email address to begin with, then asked for date of birth and mailing address. He was told he wasn't getting anymore info until the email was received and read. Asked this SCAMMER for their date of birth and they hung up instantly. Go figure! And never received an email so that just confirms it was a scam. No one legitimate will ask for such personal information unless they are trying to scam you out of something.
Received first call, I was assisting a customer and asked that he hold, he said he could not and hung up. Then called approx 20min later. He was very aggressive asking for Rick Hicks. Said that he needed to speak to him that 'it is his car' in a very aggressively, intimidatingly mean way, he then hung up.
