Caller claims a cosmetic company out of Lugano, Switzerland doing "marketing research" in USA, Brittany, and Germany. Wanted to know about skin type and shaving habits. Told lady her # comes up as Ontario, but she insisted she was in Switzerland.
I received a phone call from 647-588-0534 in May 2016 from a company called Dermafutura from their credit department. Now they have a collection agency calling me and coming after me for $107.77. They were demanding I pay for a the product received in October of 2012 . Back then a girl told me they were offering their line of skin care to customers in Canada and wanted me to try the product for 5 days and give my comments. I could either pay for the product then, or return it. I wanted to return it as I did not get the results they said and discovered it was not the natural ingredients they said. I wanted to return the product. They told me the firm had no way of sending it back to Italy.
She asked for a discounted price. I said no so she instructed me to cancelled by email or by writing an address in Italy. She also suggested I try to sell them to someone else. Fortunately I kept the email they sent me October 2012.
"Provided the fact that our treatments did not come up to your expectations (our proposal implied “satisfied or money back guarantee), invoice will be nullified and no settlement will be required. Yours sincerely Dermafutura Italia Srl Customer Care http://www.dermafutura.com "
Now in 2016 they are trying to get money from me. Fortunately,I kept my email.
