The usual scam is they will ask you for $money up front (processing fee, insurance, whatever) before they send you the $1.5 million. They will want you to send money through Western Union (irretrievable once it's picked up at the other end) or put it on a prepaid card like Green Dot Moneypak (they will empty the card on you). You send them money, they keep your money and you will get nothing. There is no $1.5 million donation for you, it's all a big fat lie to steal the up-front money that you will be told to send.
