I literally just hung up my home phone on a man just like the one you described. He introduced himself by one name at first, which I didn't catch. After asking where they are located (near Vic Park in Scarborough), and for the name of his company (Safe Air Duct Cleaning), he sounded very annoyed and said, "Are you going to get duct cleaning or not?"
After finally understanding what he said his company info was (he had a pretty thick Indian accent), I asked for his name again (now it's Harry, very different-sounding from what he had originally said); I tell him I am on the DNCL, so you shouldn't be calling me. He then says to me, "You go to hell, I know when you were asking for our location and other info that you are not getting duct cleaning, so I gave you the wrong company name, the wrong address, my wrong name, you go to hell.........." Then I hung up.
There must be something that can be done about this company. This is simply not acceptable.
