This number keeps calling me randomly. Anyone knows what it implies?

It implies a telemarketer of some sort and you are on their list. If you answer that number it implies you are a moron and deserve these slimy lowlifes keep you on their list.

Just had a call from this number.  I said hello twice.  Then it just hung up.  No answer.  Strange.
