Is this the kathy whose house has a big black fence all around it. is this dog sitting (she only takes small dogs) location have puppies on the same premises where my dog will be staying for a few days while I am away. is this house 21 elderwood drive in Richmond hill have a bad name. if so let me know. I want to arrange that she look after my dog when I go away . can some one let me know.
I realized too late that these people sell dogs from puppy mills. I paid 650.00 for a maltipoo and within 20hrs this pup had to be Euthanized at a cost of 335.96. The Vet told me she could not be saved she had Parvo. She tested strong positive. The ad said for sale by owner, that was a lie and then the ad stated Vet checked, that was also a lie.. This person that I corresponded with "Tiffany" said "Oh so sorry" then she said her 3 day guarantee did not cover Parvo. I asked her if the pamphlet and contract that was given to my niece upon pickup was also bogus. She replied that the pups don't have to be Vet checked that the breeder can give the puppies their shot. I can assure you my pup did not have her shot. I hate these people for letting me down and all the people around me that were looking forward to meeting my little puppy.. Telling me she is sorry doesn't cut it. The pain she's caused is totally unacceptable. Now I wonder if that's even the persons name that I was corresponding with, or is that BS too! I hope and pray that this was the last pup they sell. How cruel making these poor little innocent puppies suffer like that. Just totally heartless people. Please stay away from them!
I had the same thing happen to me, ended up with a really sick puppy, he didnt die thank God, but her and her "pet sitter" Kathy are such scam artists and karma will come back to them. You guys should call the police and humane society to investigte them... I did.. if enough ppl call hopefully they can be arressted, does anyone remember her address?

I was corresponding with a Tiffany Wu from the kijiji ad. The puppy guarantee was signed by; Clayton Law. The pet sitters name was Kathy. What a nightmare!!! These people know they are selling very sick dogs. My Vet told me every dog at that address has to have Parvo, not just mine. She was so tiny she could not fight this horrible virus. There is no way my pup had her vaccination, when she should of had her shot.
The ad said Vet checked that was a lie!!! When I confronted Tiffany she told me the pups were not Vet checked, the breeder can give the pups their shot. Another lie!!! the ad said: "for sale by owner." Within hours she showed signs of being in distress. My niece picked her up for me as a favor. Had it been me picking her up, I would have left without her. Who sells puppies with a 3 day health guarantee? And to specify no guarantee against Parvo. SCARY! They obviously know what they're doing. "SELLING SICK DOGS." My niece didn't read this contract. She was only doing what I asked her to do. Pickup a puppy!!! From what I know now, as, losers, liars and thieves. Good luck with your puppy! So happy to hear yours survived!
