Beware of this scam. Company wants to install a Solar Power Panel on your roof and sell the electricity back to the government (they can't answer which one). The program involves receiving a $32,000 Panel, but we would be called an investor and confusingly not a buyer. So not sure if this is free or not.
We generate electricity on our roof and resell the power back to the government through a special energy program. I have more questions than they have answers and wholeheartedly believe this is a telephone scam.
I just got a phone call from them. The woman told me that she was calling from Solar Power. It's always a bad sign when a caller asks for Mr or Mrs X. I asked what she was selling, she told me she wasn't selling anything. I hung up once she said she was calling people who live in Thornhill...I told her we don't live in Thornhill and hung up.
