No identification of caller, nor reason for calling.  Avoid answering likely scam calls.

Get a call every day, with no message or caller ID.  Definitely safest to avoid answering.  Too possibly a scam call.

Furnace rebate program, when I asked for who they are representing, I got a half assed answer saying that they represent the provincial government. Then I asked for a website as there are a lot of scammers going around, they told me to google "Canadian Home Efficiency" and quickly ended the call.
