Dont know who or why this number called me i answered only to hear a dial tone

This is some sort of credit help, or at least that is what they claim, harrassing fone calls ignorant people on the other end.

It's a debit condolidation comapny. Ususall you or someone would have submitted a form with your phone number for them to contact you. You can pick up and tell them you're not interested, they actually stop callin unlike a lot of other calls you get!
