they claim to be royal bank and demanded personal info yet I never used them for 10 yrs and have creditcard so time they get with it and f**k **f FOOLS
They are idiots and frauds. After 5 years you do not have to pay them back so let them call you it is a right off from the banks after 5 years ...just dont screw with your credit again because it takes time to get it back into shape. These people that call are fraudsters and want to get money out of you even when you dont owe the bank any money.
This company keeps calling claiming they have a file of mine that showed up in their office. This cellphone is not in my name, so I don't know how they got that information. They were trying to get me to provide them with personal informantion without giving me any details about what this pertained to. They call me a few times a day without leaving a message. I believe this is a scam. Haven't had RBC for years. After pressing about what this "file" was, I ended up hanging up.
