I heard the phone ring, but did not answer it recognizing the ring as a long distance call and thinking it was probably a telemarketer. Checked the number afterwards and it was 1-647-789-5779. The guy left a message about a rebate with the Ontario Power Authority. I did a Google search and found this:
Advisory on solicitations
The former Ontario Power Authority does not call consumers to solicit participation in its programs. No OPA residential programs require door-to-door sales calls or the inspection of any heating and cooling equipment and the OPA does not charge a fee to participate in any of its conservation programs.
Beware!

Called and said that my home may be approved for credit if furnace is over eight years old and if house is a certain age as well. Said I may be entitled to an $1,100.00 credit. Man on other line sounded black.
