no one on the line called back and it went to a voicemail, recorded message saying no one is available to take your call ...leave a message. diod not leave a message

We receive  weird calls from the same number 647-797-3350 numerous times during our peak hours everyday.
Whenever we pick it up, always hang up on us and when we try to call back this number always VM says " No one is available!"
I don't know who does this to us. We  want to know the caller and we need to stop it if it's a telemarketer or random prank caller.
