Who called from 6478017716

Got a weird text message from unknown caller supposedly in Toronto:

"Hey U, I just avoided a meeting and left a message calling #callvm and it only cost me $1 I went direct to VM U should try it"

Seems like a scam to me.

Also received the same text message as the other person. Deleted message and didn't reply. Sounds like some kind of scam.

I was sent a text message by this number saying "You have been charged $4.99 on your mobile device for using DirAssist Customer Care 1-866-340-4990" after calling the Bath and Body Works customer service phone number provided in their email subscription newsletter.

Correction: I meant to select "text message" not "telemarketer" for the call type
