This number has been calling me too. Non-stop. Usually a beeeeppp or they hangup. Finally today when I answered they said "HI....oh sorry I probably have the wrong number."
again today....so i called back...."thank you for calling. for service in english press 1. for service in albanian, press 2." i pressed 1 and a woman with a thick accent answered "how can i help you?" i told her to take our number off of their list (we're a doctor's office and we don't need these irritating calls)..she said, "yes, yes, right away" we'll see! :)
This number has called me 3 times over the last 2 weeks. They do not leave a message and when I answered today - there was simply a BEEP and then complete silence... almost like a fax beep noise...
