They've called daily for weeks, I finally answered and they identified themselves as "Solar brokers" when I asked to be removed from their list they were rude.
They called and left no message. they have called before and left no message, I have told them twice to remove me from their dialing list, obviously they listen well.
They are located in Toronto and want to sell you solar panels.
