I got the same letter and check for the same amount! These people need to be stopped! I called and talked to a Sean Peter. He claims he is in NJ but he is calling from Canada. He sounds mid-eastern! Go figure! Somebody will get to him and his crew soon!!! They need to run and hide!!!

You can do one of two things: Take the check and the envelope it came in to the post office. I believe sending fake checks constitutes mail fraud.
Or take the check to their bank and ask them if it's real.
Question: why did they send this check to you in the first place?
