Who called from 6479000364

This number (and a lot of number with 1-647-900-xxxx calls many times a day but are silent.

When I call back, a recorded voice says, "this number cannot be completed as dialed, please check your number".

Other numbers calling me has the same thing, including 1-647-900-0362 and 1-647-900-0367.

The number 1-647-900-0361 does the same thing.    Calls every couple of days.

Seemed to be from the same scammer.

Same here  I get calls from both Numbers showing fromToronto.  I just block them now.
