Contacted my cell phone, left strange message

Called to offer me financial market training. My number is unlisted so some company I deal with sold my info I guess.

Called me 4 times in a row. Didn't leave a message. Was skeptical to answer a call from Ontario.  Never did, no clue who this was.

They have been calling 1 or 2 times a week for about  2 months now. I have tried to block them... and they leave no voicemail message.

Speak tp person unknown to me. Told him no such person at this number, that he reached wrong # amd hung up. He called right  back demanding to know why I hung up on him!?!  To,d him why AGAIN and then he demended MY information!!  Told him "nice try" and hung up on him again. He had a very strong mid-eastern accent
