Just received a call from this number. It rang 3 times and then they hung up before I could reach the phone. They didn't leave a message stating who they were or asking that I call them back. I received a call about EOS NCN last week about my student loan debt from someone claiming to be from the government.

It's a organization that does "collections" for Ontario Government stuff. OSAP sent one of my things to them (despite having sent them the stuff they needed months ago). OSAP processed the thing finally last week, they called me AGAIN today though. I get calls from this number and they give me a 1 800 number to call back. If you have government loans or anything you should call them directly not the collections) to sort it out.
