I dont answer calls from numbers I dont know. They can leave a message if its that important. This number is under a service called "Iristel". Its a service that allows you to have a virtual number, so your actual number never shows up. Kinda like an app. If someone is using an app to call you, its not because their cheap and want free or cheap texting and calling ability. Its because they are hiding something. (if you ask me). Put number into reverse search, business number at canada411 and the results will show its a Iristel, Landlline. Get enough of these of numbers and common sense tells you there can't be that many people all inhabiting the same space.
People got to stop getting ticked off at these things. It's a fact of life. Just ignore it and maybe inform on these pages that call is spam, and get on with your life. Block the call if possible. Dont call it back because you are just confirming that the number they dialed is actually being used by a real person and that is their reason to continue. Dont answer calls who only have a number for a name. Easy.
