Who called from 6500594744

I've gotten this call several times and a woman's voice say, "Goodbye," when I answer. I don't know how to block this caller.

I have gotten 8 calls from them 8 days straight. I have reported each one to the national do not call list. Here is the link for complaints:

I got a call today (5/13/2013) and got a call last Friday from the same number. I called the number back and got busy signal all the time. If you know who the stupid caller is, please let me know.

I get a call from this number every day around noon. It is a recording about the elderly falling in their homes. I am being harassed
