Got a call, did not answer. I looked it up on another website (callercenter), some commenters said it was some spam callers from some place called "Direct Buy."
This is the second call I have had. The caller speaks very poor english and says something about Direct Buy in Rocklin, CA. I advised her that this was a "no call" number and I would be notifying the authorities. She hung up.
