I have received 3 texts over the course of the week. The first one was from 650-492-6913 and says "Hi ___! We'd like to speak with you about your job search on our job board. Call 650-200-1492 Text STOP to cancel." The second was from 323-457-1007 and says "Hi ___! We would still like to talk with you about your job search on our job board. Call 650-200-1773 Text STOP to cancel." And the third one is from 323-591-3145 and says "Hi ___! Last chance, give us a call to discuss your job search on our job board. Call 650-200-1488 Text STOP to cancel."
While I have been filling out applications online, I find it incredibly shady that a) this "company" is texting me to contact me rather than calling me, and b) why are all the texts coming from different numbers/why do they all say to call a different number? So sick of scammers.
I've seen these companies on job boards go by the names of Green Momentum/Green Moment and Line Media.
NDB.com - National Database They are data-miners! They pretended they were a major Food Chain store where I went to apply (online) for a job. They were advertising on the legitimate companys page so when I went to "APPLY" it went to their site instead. A redirect! They sold all my data and im being harassed to death via email and cell phone!!!
They are NASTY [***]!! HARASSING people who have NOT solicited them. They obtain their information illegally through misrepresentation. They are a bunch of con artists who mislead and deceive the general public by making them think they are some other company.THEY BELONG IN JAIL!! ALL DATA MINERS BELONG IN JAIL!
