Offshore telemarketing selling a service to "put you on the front page of google". Even if you ignore their illegal telemarketing calls to people on the do-not-call list, this type of service is very likely to take your money and give you little to nothing in return. They may even HURT your standings in the search engines. If you need this type of service, DON'T hire a company you have never heard of that calls you up!!! And report the call to the FTC at 1-888-382-1222.
After multiple calls I called them three times to remove my number.
1st call to them: Claim to be part of Google Ad Words for Business.
I said no you are not what is your company name: Online Technologies
I asked to be removed from their call list as I'm not a business owner.
They said they would.
2nd call to them: Answered as Online Technologies a partner of Google.
I asked, "you are a partner with google? So I can confirm that?" They said, yes.
I asked where they were located Irvine, CA.
I told them that I'm not a business owner and to remove me off their list.
7th call to me: I picked up and I asked for an an address or website and would not give it to me. I said. if you don't remove me from your call list I'm going to report you to the BBB. They continue to call.
I called them to get more info:
Lady answered, "how can I help?"

I asked why the number was a 650 if they are in Irvine.
She said it was probably because the calls were VoIP.
I asked for a real number to call her back, she gave me: 888.222.0881 ext.301
I called the 888 number and asked what company is this? and he said an SEO Company.
I asked for the name of the company and he asked are you a client?
He refused to tell me the name of his company. What company refuses to give their name and when they give it has three different answers, probably more.

DO NOT ANSWER THIS CALL.
THEY ARE RELENTLESS AND WON'T TAKE YOU OFF THEIR LIST.
JUST BLOCK THE NUMBER.

Business numbers are not eligible for protection by the Do Not Call list, only residential and personal cell phone numbers. From the Do Not Call website:
"Can I register my business phone number or a fax number?
The National Do Not Call Registry is only for personal phone numbers. Business-to-business calls and faxes are not covered by the National Do Not Call Registry."
Bette online services wants to talk to the owner and keep calling the business every single day. The operator has no name but a huge indian accent. Push sales attitude.
