Left generic recorded message saying it was United Collections Bureau  trying to collect a debt (I have none) and no name was referenced. The message directed me to call them at  866-416-6130.  I have no debt and if they are calling about someone I know, I am not giving out any details. I am not returning the call.

Recorded message.  "Does your house feel drafty?"  Could be a contractor or window salesman.
