Got a call from this number and someone answered who sounded under the influence of something. He started in on "We are finishing up construction on your neighbors house and we have your estimate here to start on yours. Did you want us to start on the inside first?" I said "You have no idea what you are taking about." And he responded "You don't know what you're talking about! How old are you?!" I hung up.
