David, block the number. It's a scam. I called and got a human voice recording trying to sound very "official." It says "all our agents are busy or it is after our business hours. If you would like to be placed on our do not call list press 1." I did that, and it said, "thank you, your number has been placed on our do not call list." Well that's pure BS because I blocked my number. They NEVER identify their business or it's purpose. That spells scam. Block it and forget it.
