Who called from 6502162208

Just received a call from this number. The message went as follows:

"Yeah, [Full Name], this is Frank Thomas, give me a call back, it's important, it's a business matter, my number is area code six five zero, two one six, two two zero eight, this is Frank Thomas, thanks."

Who the hell He is to call people like that and threaten.....

I received the exact same message today from Frank Thomas.

Very suspicious.

I just received yet another call from a "Private number". I didn't answer. A message from Frank Thomas was left and he stated that is was very important that I return his call immediately. The call back number left on the message was 1-650-216-2208. He called my phone at 8:55 pm. I looked up the number and it came up several times under scam or fraud alerts. Has anyone actually called this number back to find out what its about?
