Received call today (3/2/15) at 10:44 am.  CID says "UNAVAILABLE".  Caller left no message.  Who is this?

As caller Id is easily spoofed (faked) your caller could be anyone anywhere in the world. If you do not know anyone in that City/State do not take, or return the call. If you Must take the call, and someone answers, do not give out any personal or financial information. You cannot guarantee the caller is who they say they are.

Received call today on my cell at 10:35 am.  Caller ID location says 'Millbrae, CA'.  Left no message.  Here on, will block number.

Thanks for response, good advice. With all the technology we have today, I would like to see phone number and ID spoofing prevented somehow. These unwanted calls are a nuisance and worse.
