Received a call at my job on my supervisors phone saying that it was in my best interest to give them a call asap. befor I even got to my desk they were calling again. Some guy named Andy Young said that i had a past due bill that was going to court, but that i had the option to pay the fees up front and out of court. Said he was calling on the befalf of Crime center America. Told me I need to write an authorization letter and sidn it and send it to his fax number 3237393335 or 5623723325. Couldn't understand a word that he was saying and was very rude.
I received a call yesturday, 3/1/2010 with a threatening message stateing that I should not ignore the call. Curiosity kills the cat so I called and told the person answering the phone that I had no pending litigation against me. They knew the last four of my social and my address, I haven't received calls at work as of yet. The threat was Theft by diseption, Federal Bank Regulaions fraud and something about Interstate Transfer Fraud. They stated that their client was Quick cash Pay day Loans and stated that it was for an amount of 5000.00. Number One as I informed the contact person, if I was making the kind of money to warrent a Pay Day Loan in the amount of 5000.00 I would not need the services of a pay day loan company. Pay day loans do not go that high. The final verdict of the phone call was, that I never received said funds, his responce was I guess then I will see you in court (I believe that was what he said, he also spoke broken English) I said what court because I would be there, I had done nothing wrong. He then went on to say that the information would be delivered to my home and gave my address. The one he has on file any way, I find it very disturbing there are crazies in the world like this. I would love to find a way to lock them up where they belong. Only the innocent get horrassed. These evil people will pay some day. I appologize if the spelling is incorrect here, Typing quickly.
I received a threatening call from this number 3/01/2010. They said their client was Quick Cash Pay Day Loans. Lesson learned don't shop internet for this kind of thing. Fits protocall, broken english, no attorney name and no legal documents just threats. Deffinately, no monies received.
I received a call today from a guy named David Clark and said he was with the Crime Center of America
and that he was an attorney and I was going to be taken to court for a crime of non payment of loan.
Loan was suppose to be in Nov 2009 direct deposit to my bank, I did not have a deposit from any
loan company during Nov. I told him this and ask for documents, he said he was not there to give
out documents , but to collect a debt. I called my bank and put a hold on my account, because
he has all my information, I did do a payday loan back a few months ago, but this was paid out.
I call the company and they told me it was a fraud and to call my bank. I am going to report this over
to the FBI and the Attorney General's Office. When they found out had a law background, they would
answer any of my calls.
I have had several calls from these people...i finally got the name of the "company": Crime Center of America. They have very strong forgien accients with very common fake names: Alex Smith (attorney); David Clark (case worker); Nancy Jones (case worker) and Natasha (supervising attorney for Alex Smith) i am glad that i had the internet to prove that they were indeed a scam. when asking for documentation i was hung up on. they knew way to much personal information about me: address, last 4 of my social; bank account. they even tried to debt my bank account last night. i have since called my bank and let them know the situation.
