Block the number, they are foreign scammers that hijack phone numbers. If they get a voice mail or answer they hang up and sell your number to scammers overseas. then the call will never stop from all sorts of numbers.
It seems they're calling all cell #'s in Florida today. I never answer the phone if I don't recognize the number!! I don't even know why the government has a donotcall.gov site, obviously it doesn't matter if you're register or not or inform these low life's that you're on the do not call list, they still call over & over again!!!
I have received 2 phone calls from this person within one minute of each other. They called on our unused landline I did not answer but now I have to make sure that my kids do not answer these calls. I just had another scammer incident a few weeks back. Seriously, enough is enough.
