I got the same text saying I am a happy winner of $100 Wal-mart gift card voucher and need to call back to claim it, and in the end: "Thank you for visiting our website" reply STOP to unsubscribe

Got a text to call 877-861-8581 to claim my $100 Walmart Gift Card. The message thanks me for visiting their website, but I have no idea who's website they're referring to. Sounds fishy to me.
I received the same text just now. Has anyone called the number to find out more? I will call from another phone when I am able to - don't want to use my cell to make the call.
I just tried to call that number back & the 240 nuber says it's not taking calls. Tried the 877 number with it & waited for a few minutes b4 hanging up. Had the same thing last week with 415-283-5483
