my sister just got call from saying gonna go to jail for florida loan
courtdate monday or going to jail
my sister called the number actually ended up in middle of conversation with another woman and john davis heavy indian accent woman was saying she had no bank acct took out no loans
my sister earlier said same thing
john davis had ssn, banking acct info
my sis has metro pc cell wonder if thats how the man got info
i tried calling back myself used blocked number went straight to voicemail
no name on voicemail he wanted money
Got a call on cell and work, they wanted to fax some paperwork to my lawyer? Some company I don't know of and never done buisness with, want to sue me? I will report number to law enforcement and also attorney general. Scam. Beware
I got a call from a man with an accent that he was trying to disguise. He hung up on me several times bc I started laughing while he was reading me the "legal affidavid"(sp?) He threatened me,asked me if I had a good laywer so he could fax me some documents for fraud by use of internet and check fraud. I don't know what the hell he was talking about but I will report them to the attorney general as well. No doubt its a scam not sure how they got my information but beware of these crazy calls.
Just got a call from this number today leaving me a message with a real thick indian accent. I could barely understand him and I think he said his name was John Davis. He left a message on my cell and my work number, very scary! Saying that I needed to call him back asap and something about my attorney and that he wished me luck if I didn't call him back. Like I said, I could barely understand what he was saying. I do have a couple of payday loans, but they are automatically taken out of my account every month. So not sure what the heck this is all about. I bet this is a scam! I called him back and was trying to figure out what company it is, but I could not understand him. I just hung up.

NEVER EVER HAD 1 HE CUSSED AT ME AND HUNG UP WHILE I WAS CALLING HIM OUT ON THIS CRAP I AM GOING TO KEEP CALLIN HIM AND BUG HIM.....I BEEN DRIVING HIM NUTZ
