Stated was from "HRG" and started spiel. Stopped him, asked What is HRG. Reply was "Home Remodeling Group".
Multiple prior hang-up calls from this number.
I noticed that this irritating call, when the number has already been added into my call blocker, still shows up calling the next day just after 8 AM. This has happened twice in the last two days. I believe that the 3208 number displayed (which according to others is non-used number) is not the real number from where the call is originating. If so, this is a new disturbing event.
