I believe I get these because I entered info into a PG&E site for Solar information. I have since installed solar with a reputable company, and these guys never pick up the phone anymore. But they don't have the decency to remove me from their list.

This call is from A1 Solar Power, a solar company based in Van Nuys, California (with six branches throughout the state: San Diego, Costa Mesa, Carpenteria, Petaluma, Concord, and San Jose) or one of its telemarketing fronts.
A1 Solar Power’s telemarketing fronts usually spoof both the Caller-ID name and the Caller-ID number or use recently disconnected numbers. Occasionally, they will spoof the active number of an unsuspecting victim.
The following seven entities appear to be associated with each other:

The offices of A1 Solar Power and Top Design are located just 2.6 miles away from each other in Van Nuys, California.
Just received a call from this number. I usually don't answwer them but have been now to tell to caller to take me off their list. The name on caller ID is Rita Hahn and no one on the line.
We have been receiving daily calls from many number, all with some bogus caller ID name. Very frustrating especially whn you can't call back since the number is only for call outs. All of these calls are for some kind of home construction/remodel.
On one of the calls someone was on the other line and when my wife told them not to call back anymore the lady got rude with my wife. How do we stop these random calls when the number is being redirected from somewhere else?

I can't believe that they keep calling no matter how many times I ask them to take me off their list. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they would not take the word "no" for an answer. Then again, why did I keep talking to them other than to point out that I didn't want to install solar panels on my roof no matter what deal or promotion they were trying to inform me about. If PG&E really wanted to install so many solar panels for free, there are lots of parking lots in the whole of the bay area where they can install solar panels for free and then offer more services and square footage. All these annoying calls about saving me 20% on my electrical bill is not the way to try to get my business when the supervisor ended the call with "ignorance is bliss" when I told him I was not interested.
