These people are scam artists. They give information about you that they could get in a lot of places to make you think they know all about you. These people claim to be a collection agency but they don't know anything about the federal guidelines. When you ask them who the creditor is they say you'll find out in court. They say you can make this go away by paying them money now or find a good lawyer.
